Nicholah is a Black African Social Worker, Therapist, and Mental Health Clinician with a wealth of experience. Drawing from her own journey as a survivor of family and domestic violence, sexual assault, and foster care. Nicholah is dedicated to raising awareness and fostering inter-generational healing. She discovered purpose amid her painful experiences and founded Sisters Healing Space.
Sisters Healing Space is committed to promoting healing and wellness for women from minority and marginalised groups, as they embark on their healing and wellness journey.
We strive to de-stigmatise mental health and wellness practices, and promote culturally safe therapy and wellness practices by offering therapeutic workshops and inclusive community events.
Albertina Thabisani Ncube is a Creative Director, Photographer & Videographer
Essentially an all-around creative. Born in Zimbabwe, raised in New Zealand and currently based in Perth, Australia, these places have helped to create who she is now. As a woman of color, Allbertina’s creative work is based on other People of Color, influenced by the lack of representation of ‘Black’ people not only in Australia but globally.
With this Albertina created ‘ABANTU Collections’ , a new creative platform and archive for all creatives who strive to show their vision and ideas to the world. Showcasing the minds of the visionaries, the creatives, the misfits and anyone who is brave enough to be unique and different. Ultimately ABANTU Collections is for you, the people.
