My name is Tracy, I’m a Gamilaroi woman of matrilineal line of descent, an Accredited Practising Dietitian/Accredited Nutritionist and Founder of Wattleseed Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing, a wholly First Nations owned and operated business based on Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi Country, Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Tracy shares the importance of culturally responsive, trauma integrated care, practice and healing approaches, gut-brain health connections, sovereign native bushfoods, food systems, foodways, traditional ecological knowledge holders and the roles of the collective in nutritional, holistic, cultural and total health and wellbeing.

Tracy thrives on two-eyed seeing, two-way learnings, systems thinking and giving back by sharing her culturally consonant, trauma integrated, healing approach to foodways, food environments, how we eat, what we eat and why we eat and how we can learn from and support each other in achieving an equitable, healed, nourished, empowered and healthy peoples and Country, now and for future generations.
